Maintenance Supervisor – Manama, Bahrain

A company in Manama, Bahrain is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and manage maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily maintenance activities and ensure smooth operation of equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to complete tasks efficiently.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Schedule preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Report maintenance issues and provide solutions to management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of facility maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and repair procedures.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: BD 200 to BD 350 per month.
• Working hours: 8 hours/day.
