A leading company in Manama, Bahrain is seeking a dynamic and visionary Bahraini national to join as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will provide strategic leadership, drive long-term growth, and oversee financial and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the company’s long-term vision and strategic direction for sustainable growth and profitability.
• Develop and implement business strategies to enhance competitive positioning and shareholder value.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and risk management initiatives.
• Conduct market analysis and financial forecasting to guide investments and operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shareholders, partners, and stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with Bahraini laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.

Candidate Profile:

• Nationality: Bahraini (mandatory)
• Strong background in finance, accounting, or economics with experience in senior executive roles
• Proven strategic vision and ability to translate plans into actionable results
• Expertise in data analysis, market forecasting, and informed decision-making
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• 10–15 years of senior leadership experience
• High integrity, ethical leadership, and commitment to corporate governance
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
