A prestigious 4-star hotel in Hoora, Bahrain is seeking a female receptionist to join our team. Candidates must be between 25 and 35 years old and able to provide excellent front-desk service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests professionally and courteously.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Maintain records and update the hotel management system.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Female candidates only, aged 25–35.
- Previous experience as a receptionist preferred.
- Familiarity with IDS hotel management system is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
