Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person efficiently.
- Maintain records and update the hotel management system.
- Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
