We are hiring an experienced Front Office Executive to join our team at a 4 Star Hotel in Hoora, Bahrain. This role is ideal for candidates with previous experience in hotel front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist hotel guests and customers professionally.
- Handle guest inquiries and reservations in person and over the phone.
- Manage front desk documentation, check-ins, check-outs, and hotel logistics.
- Operate the IDS system efficiently for smooth hotel operations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent guest service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a front office executive in the hotel industry.
- Strong knowledge of front desk systems, preferably IDS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be proactive, organized, and reliable.
- Only experienced candidates; freshers will not be considered.
