We are hiring an experienced Front Office Executive to join our team at a 4 Star Hotel in Hoora, Bahrain. This role is ideal for candidates with previous experience in hotel front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist hotel guests and customers professionally.
  • Handle guest inquiries and reservations in person and over the phone.
  • Manage front desk documentation, check-ins, check-outs, and hotel logistics.
  • Operate the IDS system efficiently for smooth hotel operations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent guest service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a front office executive in the hotel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of front desk systems, preferably IDS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be proactive, organized, and reliable.
  • Only experienced candidates; freshers will not be considered.
