About the Role

We are urgently hiring an experienced Barista for immediate local transfer. The ideal candidate will have strong coffee-making skills, customer service experience, and the ability to maintain a clean and organized workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment
• Serve customers politely and professionally
• Handle POS systems and take customer orders
• Maintain cleanliness of the shop and work area
• Enter and manage inventory on a daily basis
• Follow instructions from shop owners with respect
• Ensure personal hygiene and present a professional appearance
• Welcome customers with a friendly attitude

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a Barista
• Knowledge of coffee machine operation (latte art not required)
• Available for immediate local transfer
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Polite and respectful toward customers and shop owners
