About the Role

A food products manufacturing factory in Hidd is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Factory Worker to join our production team. The ideal candidate will assist in food processing, machine operation, and packaging, while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line machines and equipment
• Assist in food processing and preparation
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards inside the factory
• Participate in packaging, labeling, and handling of products
• Support the team to meet production targets efficiently

Requirements

• Previous experience in food factories or production lines preferred
• Ability to work full-time and handle workload under pressure
• Serious, disciplined, and willing to learn and develop
• Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures is a plus
• Team-oriented and reliable
