About the Role

We are seeking 2 motivated female Baristas from the Philippines to join our team at MJS Bowling. The ideal candidates will have a passion for coffee, strong customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and snacks
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and seating areas
• Provide excellent customer service, taking orders and answering questions
• Handle cash and process payments accurately
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Follow health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Female candidate from the Philippines
• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
