About the Role

We are hiring a Sales Executive with experience in the aluminum and glass works industry. The ideal candidate should be results-driven, have strong knowledge of aluminum systems, and proven success in sales.


Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell aluminum products and services such as doors, windows, curtain walls, cladding, glazing, staircases, and partitions
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, and developers
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and presentations to clients
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business
  • Coordinate with design and technical teams to meet client requirements
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and support business growth
  • Conduct site visits, attend client meetings, and follow up on leads and projects

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in aluminum, construction, or related industries
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of aluminum systems, designs, and installation (advantage)
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Valid Bahrain driving license (preferred)
  • Ready to join immediately (preferred)
