About the Role
We are hiring a Sales Executive with experience in the aluminum and glass works industry. The ideal candidate should be results-driven, have strong knowledge of aluminum systems, and proven success in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell aluminum products and services such as doors, windows, curtain walls, cladding, glazing, staircases, and partitions
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, and developers
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and presentations to clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business
- Coordinate with design and technical teams to meet client requirements
- Achieve monthly sales targets and support business growth
- Conduct site visits, attend client meetings, and follow up on leads and projects
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in aluminum, construction, or related industries
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of aluminum systems, designs, and installation (advantage)
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
- Valid Bahrain driving license (preferred)
- Ready to join immediately (preferred)
