Hiring: Ground Operations Coordinator (Rider Performance Coordinator) – Manama, Bahrain

We are looking for a motivated Ground Operations Coordinator to join our food transportation and delivery team in Manama, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have experience in rider management, logistics operations, and performance tracking.

Job Type:

• Full-time
• Salary: BD 250 – BD 300 per month

Minimum Requirement:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar operations or logistics role

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure riders and drivers comply with company regulations and operational standards
• Monitor rider payments, pending dues, and cash-on-delivery (COD) reports to maintain financial accuracy
• Manage rider schedules, including vacations and time-off requests
• Work with the Fleet Performance Coordinator to improve delivery efficiency and fill rate
• Track daily operational performance, including SLAs, Revenue per Delivery Unit (RDU), churn rate, and fill rate
• Conduct root cause analysis to solve operational challenges and improve service quality
• Organize training programs for riders and maintain training documentation
• Prepare reports, presentations, and operational data to support management decisions
• Implement client updates and ensure compliance with new policies
• Communicate effectively across departments to maintain smooth operations

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage rider performance and fleet efficiency
• Knowledge of financial monitoring and COD reconciliation
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Team leadership and coordination ability

Language Requirements:

• Must be fluent in English, Bangla, Hindi/Urdu, and Arabic
