Barista (Female) – Bahrain

A leading KSA company in Bahrain is hiring female baristas to join its team. We are committed to delivering an excellent coffee experience and are looking for passionate, energetic, and customer-focused individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee drinks.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other barista equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking accurate orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Keep the coffee bar and seating area clean, tidy, and well-organized.
• Monitor stock, manage inventory, and restock supplies when needed.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Support colleagues and contribute to a positive workplace.

Requirements:

• Previous barista experience or customer service background preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
