Senior Project Engineer – High Rise (Civil)

A leading construction company in Bahrain is hiring Senior Civil Project Engineers for high-rise building projects. We are looking for experienced professionals who can manage and supervise civil works, ensure safety and quality, and deliver projects on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute civil construction works according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor site progress, prepare daily and weekly reports, and address potential risks or delays.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality procedures, and local authority regulations.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and project-related documentation.
• Support project managers with planning, procurement, and resource allocation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 8–10 years of proven experience in building construction and high-rise projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project scheduling software (Primavera/MS Project preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid knowledge of construction methodologies, quality standards, and HSE practices.
