A leading company in Bahrain is looking for a Senior Account Manager to manage and oversee accounting operations across multiple business units. The role requires strong leadership, financial expertise, and the ability to drive compliance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise accounting operations for multiple entities
- Develop and implement financial structures and internal controls
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports to the CFO and CEO
- Oversee month-end and year-end closings
- Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities
- Lead, mentor, and guide the accounting team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting and financial management
- Proven experience handling multi-business financial operations
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and Bahrain financial regulations
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
