Diesel Mechanic – Heavy Vehicles & Equipment

We are hiring an experienced Diesel–Petrol Mechanic with strong skills in maintaining and repairing heavy vehicles, engines, power tools, and construction equipment. The role requires hands-on expertise in troubleshooting and providing reliable mechanical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel and petrol engines, generators, compressors, and heavy equipment
• Service and troubleshoot power tools such as drills, grinders, and saws
• Carry out preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns and downtime
• Perform overhauls, part replacements, and calibrations when required
• Keep accurate service records and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Support site teams by providing timely and effective mechanical solutions

Requirements:

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 5–10 years of experience in repairing diesel/petrol engines, heavy vehicles, and power tools
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and electrical components
• Ability to quickly diagnose issues and deliver practical repair solutions
• Good communication skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure
• Flexible to work in construction and industrial site environments
