Civil Quantity Surveyor – Tubli, Bahrain

A reputable construction company in Tubli, Bahrain is seeking an experienced Civil Quantity Surveyor with minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in quantity surveying, contract management, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and tender documentation
• Conduct cost estimation and project budgeting
• Manage post-contract administration and prepare payment certifications
• Handle variations, claims, and final account settlements
• Maintain contractual correspondence and coordinate with stakeholders
• Evaluate and manage subcontractors to ensure project efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil construction
• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying practices, contracts, and cost control
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
