Foodvest Holding, a leading food and beverage company in the Middle East, is hiring District Managers to oversee multiple coffee shops and F&B outlets in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. With over 20 years of experience, Foodvest partners with global brands such as Caribou Coffee, Fuddruckers, Marble Slab Creamery, and Francesco’s Pizza & Cafe, delivering high-quality food and beverage experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & People Management
- Lead, coach, and inspire store managers and teams across multiple locations.
- Promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Support hiring, training, performance evaluations, and succession planning.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure consistent leadership presence.
Operational Oversight
- Manage daily operations to maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and efficiency.
- Ensure all stores comply with health, safety, and brand guidelines.
- Analyze reports, perform audits, and identify areas for improvement.
Sales & Financial Management
- Drive sales growth and monitor P&L performance for the district.
- Set financial targets, control costs, and manage labor effectively.
- Track food and beverage costs and maintain accurate reporting.
Customer Experience
- Foster exceptional guest service across all stores.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.
- Ensure a welcoming and consistent coffeehouse experience at every location.
Staff Development & Training
- Support training programs and develop store-level management talent.
- Identify and nurture internal talent for future leadership roles.
- Ensure teams understand brand values and operational standards.
Marketing & Brand Execution
- Support local and national marketing campaigns.
- Enhance in-store promotions and seasonal launches.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to maintain brand consistency.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure all stores comply with local regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records including licenses, audits, and inspections.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of multi-unit management experience in the QSR or F&B sector.
- Proven ability to lead high-performance teams across multiple locations.
- Strong understanding of operational KPIs, financial reporting, and cost control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel regularly between store locations.
- Fluency in English is required.
