Scaffolding Supervisor – Manama, Bahrain

A leading scaffolding company in Bahrain is urgently hiring an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with hands-on experience in scaffolding operations and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage scaffolding teams on-site to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Plan, organize, and oversee the assembly and dismantling of scaffolding structures.
• Monitor compliance with safety standards and Bahrain labor regulations.
• Train and guide workers to maintain high-quality workmanship.
• Coordinate with project managers and other departments to meet project deadlines.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3–7 years of experience as a Scaffolding Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding safety procedures and construction standards.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced construction environment.
