Estimator / Quantity Surveyor – Manama, Bahrain

We are a leading company specializing in the design, fabrication, and installation of high-performance architectural aluminum facades. Due to ongoing growth and an exciting project pipeline, we are seeking a highly skilled Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Manama.

About the Role

As an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in project success by preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for complex facade projects. You will handle financial aspects from initial tender to final account, ensuring profitability and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for aluminum facade projects using Schüco and other premium systems.
• Manage financial aspects of projects, including budgets, cost control, and profitability analysis.
• Review project plans, specifications, and technical documents to determine accurate quantities.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor costs throughout the project lifecycle and produce regular financial reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor in construction or facade projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural aluminum systems and facade construction.
• Proficient in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and financial reporting.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
