Nightlife Floor Manager – Royal Saray Resort, Manama, Bahrain

Royal Saray Resort is seeking an experienced Nightlife Floor Manager to oversee club floor operations and ensure a vibrant, luxury nightlife experience for guests. This role is ideal for candidates with a proven track record in managing nightlife venues, fine dining restaurants, or luxury clubs within 5-star hotels or resorts.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all nightly club floor operations, ensuring efficiency and consistent service.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver world-class guest experiences.
• Oversee VIP and high-profile guest services with discretion and attention to detail.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction.
• Coordinate with entertainment, bar, and service teams for smooth event execution.
• Monitor staff performance, scheduling, and grooming standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Support marketing and promotions to enhance guest engagement and atmosphere.
• Work closely with the Club General Manager to achieve revenue and service excellence targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Floor Manager, Nightlife Manager, or similar role in a luxury club, upscale lounge, or 5-star hotel.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong leadership, team management, and guest service skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and professional presence on the floor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy nightlife environment.
• Flexible to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.
