We are urgently seeking a skilled Admin Secretary (Female) to join our team in Manama. This is a local hire only position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Manage documents, correspondence, and office records.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules.
  • Support management with office operations and communications.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Must have a valid driving license or be willing to obtain one.
