Job Opening: Operations Manager – Cleaning Company

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and grow the daily operations of our cleaning company in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will manage staff, ensure high-quality service delivery, participate in government tenders, meet clients, secure new contracts, and develop specialized cleaning services such as high-rise building cleaning and AC duct cleaning.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple client sites
• Manage staff scheduling, supervision, and performance evaluations
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure excellent service and client satisfaction
• Participate in government tenders and handle all related documentation
• Meet with existing and potential clients to maintain strong relationships
• Actively seek and secure new cleaning contracts
• Identify opportunities to expand services, including high-rise cleaning and AC duct cleaning
• Assist in launching and managing new service divisions
• Manage inventory, equipment, and site logistics efficiently
• Support recruitment, training, and development of staff
• Report operational performance and progress to senior management

Requirements

• 10–20 years of experience in the facility management or cleaning industry
• Familiarity with government tender processes
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Experience in business development or service expansion is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours and visit client sites as needed
• Valid driving license preferred
