Senior Graphic Designer – Manama, Bahrain

We are looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative agency. You will lead design projects across digital, print, and social platforms, creating compelling visuals that align with brand objectives. This role is ideal for a design visionary who can mentor junior designers and collaborate closely with marketing and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative design concepts for campaigns, brand identities, and marketing materials.
• Create digital assets, including social media graphics, website visuals, emailers, and online advertisements.
• Design print materials such as brochures, posters, packaging, event branding, and exhibition collaterals.
• Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, animators, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Oversee the design process from concept to final delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to keep work innovative and current.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably at an agency or leading brand.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, campaign design, and digital/print assets.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD/Figma).
• Advanced knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, VFX, or 3D design tools is a plus.
