Male Cleaning Supervisor – Manama, Bahrain (Indian Nationals Only)

We are urgently seeking a Male Cleaning Supervisor in Manama, Bahrain. This position is only open to Indian nationals with a valid GCC driving license. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and extensive experience in professional cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning activities, ensuring high standards of hygiene and quality.
• Perform specialized cleaning tasks, including curtains, sofas, rugs, and pest control using heavy machinery.
• Take ownership of assigned jobs and manage cleaning staff efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience as a cleaning supervisor is required.
• Valid GCC driving license (Bahrain license preferred).
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and professional.
