MEP Quantity Surveyor – Manama, Bahrain (Local and Overseas Candidates)

We are urgently seeking a qualified MEP Quantity Surveyor for construction projects in Manama, Bahrain. Both local and overseas candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), pre-tender estimates, and preliminary estimates at proposal stages.
• Manage cost control, contract administration, and procurement processes for construction projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project progress and costs, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports for all MEP works.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• 5–7 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in MEP and high-rise construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Project (MSP).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• GCC experience preferred; a valid GCC driving license is an added advantage.
• Age: Within 30 years.

Job Details:

• Working hours: 10 hours per day.
