Sales Executive – Manama, Bahrain

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our retail team in Manama, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will represent our brand, drive sales, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining store standards and supporting merchandising efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs
• Engage proactively to convert window shoppers into buyers
• Promote the loyalty program to encourage repeat business
• Follow the company’s GUEST model: Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, materials, and care instructions

Appearance, Attitude, and Knowledge:

• Maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance
• Be flexible to work extended hours during peak periods
• Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate recommendations and reduce stock loss

Merchandising and Store Presentation:

• Display products according to store layout and visual merchandising standards
• Adhere to stock management protocols, especially for clearance items
• Replenish and re-merchandise inventory on the sales floor
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities

Sales Processes and Operations:

• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for billing and transactions
• Balance cash till at the start and end of shifts
• Accurately process payments, refunds, and issue receipts
• Follow store security and loss prevention policies

Requirements:

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
