Sales Associate (Female) – Manama, Bahrain

We are seeking a Female Sales Associate to join our retail team in Manama, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will represent the brand, drive sales, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining store standards and supporting visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Greet customers and help them select products based on their needs
• Convert window shoppers into buyers through proactive engagement
• Promote the company’s loyalty program to encourage repeat sales
• Deliver high-quality service following the GUEST model: Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank
• Advise customers on product features, benefits, materials, and care instructions

Appearance, Attitude, and Knowledge:

• Maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance
• Be flexible to work extended hours during peak sales periods
• Stay informed on product knowledge to reduce stock loss and provide accurate recommendations

Merchandising and Store Presentation:

• Display products according to store layout and visual merchandising standards
• Follow stock management protocols, especially for clearance items
• Replenish and organize inventory on the sales floor
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales opportunities

Sales Processes and Operations:

• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for billing and transactions efficiently
• Balance cash till at the start and end of shifts
• Accurately process payments, refunds, and issue receipts
• Ensure store security and follow loss prevention policies

Requirements:

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
