Supervisor – Painting Division, Manama, Bahrain

We are seeking a skilled Supervisor for our Painting Division in Manama, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will lead a team of 40 painters, manage multiple site operations, and ensure high-quality painting work across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of painters to ensure efficient workflow and quality results.
• Coordinate painting activities across multiple project sites.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance, training, and support.
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and project specifications.
• Maintain records of work progress, materials, and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and site teams.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience supervising a large team in painting or construction projects.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site operations simultaneously.
• Valid driving license is required.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
