We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to support the daily operations of our office in Al Seef, Manama. This is a full-time, office-based position for a trustworthy professional who can help maintain a clean and organized workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep the office clean and organized, including workstations, meeting rooms, and pantry areas.
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Handle delivery and collection of documents within and outside the office.
- Run errands for management, including purchasing office supplies.
- Ensure pantry items and office supplies are well-stocked.
- Support staff in setting up meeting rooms and preparing materials.
- Follow office protocols and safety standards at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honest, punctual, and reliable.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time office role.
- May require occasional overtime.
