Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled AC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in performing Preventative Planned Maintenance (PPM), Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and a basic understanding of electrical and plumbing systems. The technician will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining air conditioning units and addressing minor electrical and plumbing issues to ensure the efficient operation of HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning (AC) systems and HVAC equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is operating efficiently.
• Perform scheduled PPM, including cleaning, changing filters, lubricating moving parts, checking refrigerant levels, and ensuring overall system performance.
• Execute service activities covered under AMCs, ensuring compliance with contract terms and providing timely, high-quality service.
• Diagnose and repair issues with air conditioning units, including refrigerant leaks, electrical malfunctions, or mechanical failures.
• Perform basic electrical tasks (e.g., fixing wiring, replacing fuses, and securing electrical connections).
• Assist with minor plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems, including checking water supply lines and drainage.
• Assist in upgrading or modifying existing air conditioning systems for efficiency or to meet client requirements.
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines, following proper safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an AC Technician with knowledge of PPM, AMC, and minor electrical and plumbing tasks.
• Technical diploma or certification in HVAC, Air Conditioning, or a related field.
• Ability to handle emergency situations and perform repairs under pressure.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
