A well-established transport company in Sanad is hiring a Male Accountant and Admin Assistant to handle day-to-day financial and administrative tasks. Prior experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting tasks and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare invoices, expense reports, and payment tracking
- Oversee petty cash and support payroll processing
- Handle administrative duties like filing, document management, and office coordination
- Support management in basic reporting and office operations
- Communicate with vendors and service providers when needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounting and office administration
- Good understanding of bookkeeping and financial practices
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
- Male candidates only
- Must be currently residing in Bahrain (local hire only)
