A well-established company in Bahrain is looking for an Admin / Accountant to join their team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including invoicing, bookkeeping, and VAT filing.
- Manage accounts receivable/payable and maintain financial records.
- Assist in import documentation, LMRA, Tamkeen, GOSI, and other government-related work.
- Maintain office administration tasks, including correspondence and filing.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and clients for payments and financial matters.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budgeting.
- Support general office operations, including HR and payroll tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in accounting and administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of VAT, import/export documentation, and Bahrain financial regulations.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Experience in the wholesale, distribution, or retail industry is an advantage.
