We are looking for a skilled Admin & HR Executive to join our group of companies in Manama, Bahrain. This role involves supporting the CEO, managing HR processes, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal assistance to the CEO.
- Handle all visa applications and renewals.
- Manage monthly payments for LMRA and GOSI.
- Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Process company registration (CR) renewals.
- Ensure compliance with HR and administrative procedures.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of LMRA and GOSI procedures.
- Proficient in computer applications and office software.
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
