Job Overview:
We are urgently hiring an Administration cum Accountant to manage office operations and handle basic accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and experienced in both administrative work and financial recordkeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day office administration
- Manage bookkeeping and financial entries
- Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, and reports
- Assist with payroll, budgeting, and cash flow management
- Support internal audits and documentation
- Communicate with vendors and clients professionally
- Ensure timely data entry and file management
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in administration and accounting
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Familiar with accounting software is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Good communication and organizational skills
