We are seeking a Filipina Administrative Assistant to support our Management Department with daily administrative tasks, documentation, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office documents and records.
- Assist management with scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative materials as needed.
- Ensure smooth communication between departments and team members.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience in administration or office support.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly salary: BD 200–250.
