Administrative Assistant – Manama, Bahrain

We are seeking a Filipina Administrative Assistant to support our Management Department with daily administrative tasks, documentation, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize office documents and records.
  • Assist management with scheduling, correspondence, and office coordination.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative materials as needed.
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments and team members.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Prior experience in administration or office support.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Monthly salary: BD 200–250.
