Main Responsibilities

• Generate new inquiries and build strong relationships with customers in the HVAC industry.
• Prepare and release quotations according to customer requirements and follow up for order confirmation.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery and update clients on order status.
• Manage warranty claims for DX and applied products efficiently.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities, and prepare regular reports for management.

Qualifications and Skills
