Aluminium Factory Production Manager

Location: Manama (Boori), Bahrain
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the fabrication, assembly, and installation of aluminium and glass works.
• Prepare material quantity take-offs and fabrication cutting lists.
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D), MS Projects, and project management software.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Oversee production and planning activities from preprocessing to final inspection.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of aluminium factory production processes.
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in aluminium, glass, and steel factory production.
• Strong communication skills with experience working with multicultural teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Must have a car and be able to transfer locally.
