Job Overview

A leading real estate and construction company in Bahrain is hiring an Aluminum Factory Supervisor. The ideal candidate will oversee daily factory operations, manage production teams, and ensure high-quality aluminum products are manufactured efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise casting, extrusion, fabrication, finishing, and packaging processes.
• Monitor production to meet targets, deadlines, and budgets.
• Improve efficiency by reducing waste and minimizing downtime.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Allocate personnel, equipment, and materials effectively.
• Ensure all products meet quality and safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of materials and finished goods.
• Train, guide, and motivate production staff.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material deliveries.
• Prepare production reports, tracking efficiency and output.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 4 – 7 years of experience in an aluminum factory or related field.
• Strong knowledge of casting, extrusion, and fabrication techniques.
• Experience in quality control and safety procedures.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and manufacturing software.
• GCC experience is required.
• Must have a valid GCC driving license.
