Architectural Draftsman – Manama, Bahrain

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in creating accurate technical drawings and blueprints for a variety of building projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial.

Position: Architectural Draftsman

Location: Manama, Bahrain
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Create precise architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD or similar software.
• Interpret architectural concepts and convert them into technical drawings.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop designs that meet client needs and local building codes.
• Revise drawings based on feedback and design modifications.
• Ensure all drawings are accurate, complete, and adhere to applicable building codes and regulations.
• Maintain organized documentation and control versions of drawings.
• Assist in preparing presentations and construction documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Architectural Draftsman or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural software is a plus.
• Familiarity with local building codes, standards, and construction practices.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
