Company Overview:
We are a leading retail company in Bahrain, seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations and contribute to achieving sales and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Manage and supervise store staff, including work delegation, training, rostering, and leave planning.
- Oversee retail operations, including product management, pricing, promotions, and planogram compliance.
- Ensure store standards for cleanliness, displays, ambiance, and inventory management are maintained.
- Monitor SOP compliance, including expiry checks, shrinkage control, and price updates.
- Analyze reports and implement corrective actions to improve sales, inventory availability, and shrinkage control.
- Take independent charge of the store when required, managing all aspects of store operations.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with all support functions to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in retail or store management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, sales reporting, and customer service standards.
- Ability to analyze operational data and implement improvements.
- Highly organized, proactive, and target-oriented.
