Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, biscuits, cakes, pies, cookies, muffins, and croissants
• Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients using mixers, blenders, and scales
• Shape and form dough using molds, cutters, and rollers
• Bake products at the right temperature and time
• Decorate baked goods with glazes, icings, and toppings
• Ensure quality and freshness by checking appearance, taste, and texture
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the work area
• Monitor inventory and order ingredients as needed
• Keep records of production, inventory, and sales

Requirements:

• Experience in baking bread, biscuits, and pastries
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions
• Knowledge of baking equipment and tools
• Attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
