Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and organized Buffet Chef to handle daily and special event buffet setups. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in menu planning, food costing, and buffet presentation, with the ability to lead a kitchen team efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and organize buffet menus for regular service and events
• Create attractive buffet setups and plating presentations
• Ensure high food quality, consistency, and portion control
• Prepare food costing sheets and monitor food expenses
• Supervise kitchen staff and maintain hygiene standards
• Work closely with management to improve menu quality and presentation

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Buffet Chef or in a similar culinary role
• Strong creativity and attention to detail in food presentation
• Knowledge of menu planning, costing, and kitchen operations
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Must currently reside in Bahrain
