Job Overview
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our B2B gifting business in Bahrain. The role focuses on building corporate relationships, securing institutional clients, and driving seasonal sales, especially during Ramadan.
This position is ideal for a professional with strong networking skills and a proven record of closing high-value corporate deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and secure new corporate clients across industries such as banking, government, luxury hospitality, and large corporations.
- Develop customized gifting solutions that meet client needs and strengthen the brand image.
- Lead sales and business development initiatives with a focus on Ramadan and seasonal gifting campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of client orders.
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets while driving growth in the B2B channel.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, corporate gifting, or business development (luxury, FMCG, or related industries).
- Strong professional network of corporate clients in Bahrain.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Energetic, self-driven, and results-focused personality.
- Ability to perform under seasonal pressure, especially during high-demand periods like Ramadan.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
