A reputable company in Manama is hiring an experienced Camp Boss to manage daily operations and ensure a safe and organized living environment for camp residents.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily camp operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Supervise and manage staff, including cleaners, cooks, and security personnel.
• Ensure the welfare and safety of residents while enforcing health and safety regulations.
• Handle maintenance and repair of camp facilities and equipment.
• Enforce camp rules and resolve any conflicts among residents.
• Maintain accurate records of residents, maintenance schedules, and incident reports.
• Serve as a liaison between camp residents and management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in camp management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle problems and ensure smooth camp operations.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
