A reputable company in Manama is hiring an experienced Camp Boss to manage daily operations and ensure a safe and organized living environment for camp residents.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily camp operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise and manage staff, including cleaners, cooks, and security personnel.
- Ensure the welfare and safety of residents while enforcing health and safety regulations.
- Handle maintenance and repair of camp facilities and equipment.
- Enforce camp rules and resolve any conflicts among residents.
- Maintain accurate records of residents, maintenance schedules, and incident reports.
- Serve as a liaison between camp residents and management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in camp management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle problems and ensure smooth camp operations.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
