Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Carpentry / Joinery / Fit-Out Work Supervisor to oversee site operations and ensure high-quality workmanship.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a supervisor or foreman in joinery and fit-out work
• Ability to read and interpret joinery shop drawings
• Advanced knowledge of joinery terminology
• Strong site supervision and management skills
• English proficiency preferred
• A valid driving license is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assign carpentry and fit-out work at the site
• Interpret instructions, plans, and drawings for carpenters
• Conduct quality checks and inspections of work
• Coordinate between production and site installation
• Perform site surveys and take accurate measurements for adjustments
• Identify and solve on-site issues efficiently
