Civil Engineer – Site Supervisor – Buri, Bahrain

We are a specialized company in designing and constructing external rest areas, rooms, and pergolas using aluminum, steel, glass, and other construction materials. We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer Site Supervisor to manage field projects, ensuring high-quality execution and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Supervise aluminum, steel, glass, and general construction works to ensure professional standards.
• Organize and schedule work hours with full on-site presence during the 8-hour workday to achieve at least 90% task efficiency.
• Assign tasks and supervise workers according to project requirements.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout all project stages.
• Coordinate multiple projects for smooth integration.
• Manage construction materials and ensure timely availability.
• Set daily and weekly priorities and monitor their execution.
• Identify field risks and take proactive measures to prevent delays.
• Maintain site cleanliness and organization at all times.
• Ensure project vision aligns accurately with design specifications.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in aluminum or construction projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD and MS Project.
• Valid Bahraini driving license.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: BD 250 – 300 per month.
• Accommodation provided.
• Work visa provided.
