Civil/Steel Foreman – Salmabad, Bahrain

We are hiring an experienced Civil/Steel Foreman to join our growing construction team in Salmabad, Bahrain. This is a full-time position for a hands-on professional with strong leadership skills and expertise in steel work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead steel installation teams on construction projects.
• Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure post-tension steel work is executed accurately and safely.
• Maintain high quality, safety, and efficiency on-site.
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a foreman in steel or civil construction.
• Strong knowledge of post-tension steel techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
