Civil Supervisor – Manama, Bahrain

We are looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil construction and managing large-scale projects. Experience with Alba (Aluminum Bahrain) or Bapco (Bahrain Petroleum Company) projects is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage civil construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Oversee daily operations on-site, coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Manage materials and resources efficiently on-site.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare detailed reports on progress, safety, and compliance.
• Collaborate with the project management team to achieve project goals.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction, preferably with Alba or Bapco projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and civil engineering principles.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
