About the Company

A leading Developer & Property Management Company in Bahrain is looking for an experienced Cleaning & Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure high hygiene standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and best practices.
• Supervise the team and assign daily cleaning tasks.
• Inspect apartments and common areas to ensure cleanliness.
• Schedule work shifts and arrange replacements when needed.
• Educate staff on hygiene and safety guidelines.
• Motivate the team and address any work-related issues.
• Handle customer complaints and special requests.
• Manage cleaning supplies and ensure stock availability.
• Participate in major cleaning projects when required.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.

Job Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hotel industry (GCC experience is a plus).
• Practical knowledge of cleaning and maintenance for large organizations.
• Ability to operate industrial cleaning equipment and use cleaning products safely.
• Strong organizational and team management skills.
• Valid Bahrain Driving License is a must.
