Job Overview

We are hiring a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to manage and lead our cleaning team. The supervisor will be responsible for site inspections, preparing quotations, choosing the right cleaning methods, and ensuring high-quality service for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect sites and provide accurate cleaning cost estimates.
• Decide on the most suitable cleaning methods (regular, deep cleaning, or specialized services).
• Supervise the use of cleaning machines such as floor polishers, vacuum cleaners, pressure washers, and sofa/mattress cleaners.
• Ensure safe and proper use of cleaning chemicals and materials.
• Lead, train, and motivate the cleaning team to complete tasks on time.
• Maintain weekly work reports and submit expense invoices to management.
• Communicate clearly with both clients and management to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and materials.
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English (speaking and writing).
