We are looking for a Client Relationship Coordinator to join our dynamic consulting team in Manama, Bahrain. This role is vital for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met with excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Act as the main contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Maintain regular communication to ensure client satisfaction.
- Client Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they understand our services, timelines, and expectations.
- Project Coordination: Work with internal teams to ensure consulting services are delivered on time. Monitor project progress and update clients on any changes or challenges.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues raised by clients efficiently. Provide ongoing solutions to meet their needs.
- Monthly Reporting: Provide monthly reports on the total business closed.
- Feedback and Improvement: Gather client feedback to improve services and ensure satisfaction.
- Documentation: Keep all client communications, contracts, and related documents organized and up to date.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience in client management or coordination, preferably in a consulting or service-based industry
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to effectively engage with clients
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Great interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Ability to manage client expectations and solve problems effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing client requests and documentation
